People in Your Sketchbook is a digital product. Because the journal is delivered instantly as a download, we don't offer refunds simply for a change of mind once the file has been accessed.
The Baseline Guarantee
We do stand behind the method. Draw the Day 1 baseline scene from the journal. Then draw the same scene again on Day 14, having followed the daily lessons in between. If you honestly can't see a difference, email us both drawings at peoplesketchbook@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date and we will refund you in full. You keep the files.
Faulty or missing downloads
If your download link doesn't work, the file is corrupted, or you didn't receive your confirmation email, contact peoplesketchbook@gmail.com and we'll fix it or resend your files right away, at no charge.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
